Booking Your SESSIONS

Alyssa’s private sessions are individualized to the particular body. She applies an understanding of physiotherapy with fitness conditioning. In addition to working with various populations, such as scoliosis, back pain, hip, knee & feet concerns, or frozen shoulder, among others, a specialization of her’s includes pre & post-natal, particularly Diastasis Recti prevention and recovery, preparation for birth, pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as other hormone-related effects such as “mommy-wrist.”

Services include:

  • 60-minute private, duet and trio sessions

    • Private “One-on-One”

    • Duets (two people)

    • Trios (three people)

  • Group classes (3+ people)

    • Contact me directly about scheduling/coordinating group classes as these are booked on a case by case basis with client/organizer of group class

    • Class duration can vary based on your needs & wants; Suggested to be between 30-90 minutes

    • Note: Group classes are not offered at the Core Strength NYC studio

In-studio, At-home, Remote Sessions:

  • In-studio:

    • Currently on hold due to COVID restrictions

  • At-home

    • Mat sessions with or without props

    • Pilates apparatus(es) if you have access to any

    • If needed and if available, certain props can be brought to your home for your sessions

  • Remote/Virtual

    • Connect via Zoom/Google Hangouts/Facetime/etc.
